Who handles your information
Plethora Solutions, LLC operates this portal. Contact [email protected] with questions or requests about your profile.
What we collect
Google provides your name, verified email address and account identifier when you sign in. You provide your name, country, time zone, skills, experience, optional GitHub or LinkedIn profile links, and availability. A résumé is required to submit your talent-pool application so Plethora can review your professional experience. We scan it for unsafe content and extract suggestions locally for you to review. You can save a draft profile before uploading a résumé.
New and updated profile submissions require a conversation with Ami, our AI profile interviewer. Ami uses your saved résumé and professional profile to discuss your experience. We retain the interview transcript as part of your private talent records. A completed interview checks participation, not whether your skills have been independently verified. Existing members keep their acceptance while the interview is outstanding. You can save progress at any time and return to improve your profile. New and updated submissions require the interview to be finished.
We also keep your profile versions, notice acknowledgment, application submission and review records, and the security records needed to protect access. These include session and authenticator records, event times and request references. Our network providers can process IP addresses and browser information.
Names, qualifications and skills are self-declared at this stage. We are not requesting government IDs, selfies, bank details or tax documents for talent-pool registration. Do not put those details in your résumé or profile.
How we use it
We use your information to maintain the talent pool, review professional profiles, contact you about potential project opportunities, protect the service, respond to requests and keep evidence of your submissions and our reviews. An acknowledgment of this notice does not accept a project or create a work agreement.
When you submit the required professional details, a résumé that has passed its security check, and a finished Ami conversation, the portal automatically accepts it into the talent pool. This checks completion, not the accuracy of your qualifications or suitability for a project. Administrators use an internal workforce dashboard to compile self-declared skills, countries, time zones, availability and onboarding progress. Administrators can request corrections. Automatic acceptance and staff reviews are recorded separately. A public workforce overview reports aggregate statistics for accepted profiles using standard skill names and countries. Groups smaller than five are hidden, counts appear in ranges of five, and names, contact details, résumés, custom skill text, exact time zones and availability descriptions are excluded. It does not expose individual profiles or allow people to filter intersecting groups.
The portal does not send your résumé to an external AI parser or publish your profile as a public directory. Identity verification, customer project terms, and payment or tax onboarding would be separate steps if an engagement is proposed.
Access and service providers
Only Plethora administrators can browse other people’s private profiles, résumés and interview transcripts. Each person can access their own records. Administrator access requires authenticator verification. Google provides sign-in and our business email; Cloudflare handles website traffic. The portal runs on servers under Plethora's control.
Plethora is a U.S. business. Service providers may process information outside your country. We may disclose records when law requires it or when necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, subject to applicable law. Your profile is not automatically sent to customers when you join.
Security and cookies
We use HTTPS, access restrictions, authenticator protection, encrypted personal record fields and documents, and encrypted recovery backups. Use your own account and keep authentication and recovery codes private.
Cookies support Google sign-in and your workspace session. By default, your sign-in and authenticator verification last 30 days from verification, including access to private areas. Inactivity does not shorten that period. You can sign out at any time. If you choose to remember a private browser, signing back in with Google during the same 30-day period does not require another authenticator code. Signing out keeps that browser choice; Account security lets you forget it.
You can optionally choose Strict login protection for your account: sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity or eight hours overall, sign-in requires an authenticator code, and private actions require verification within the last 15 minutes. Strict mode forgets remembered browsers. Everyone starts with the relaxed 30-day setting.
Keeping and removing records
We keep your profile while maintaining it for future project consideration and assess whether it is still needed. We have not adopted a fixed automatic deletion period for talent-pool records. Security, consent and review evidence may need a different retention period from a résumé.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, provide access to your records, or remove your talent-pool profile by emailing the contact above. We handle these requests manually, verify account ownership proportionately, and consider applicable rights, legal obligations and any necessary record preservation. Protected recovery copies require separate handling; a request does not instantly erase every backup.
Please avoid sending sensitive documents in a request. You can also export your saved profile and record index from My records after recent authenticator verification. That index is separate from the individual document downloads.
Future changes
We will identify material changes with a new notice version and provide further notice or ask for a new choice where required. A future project, identity check or materially different use of your information will need its own appropriate explanation and terms.
